  • Identify skills, traits and characteristics that define successful performance
  • Recommend and gain concurrence for a recruitment marketing strategy to attract quality job seekers
  • Establish an agreed upon fixed price-per-hire Placement Fee so you can budget with confidence

  • Create and execute a Professional Service Agreement (contract) outlining the terms of the agreement and software licenses

Next, your Account Executive will:

  • Activate user licenses for our recruiter product suite

  • Recruiter’s Tool Kit

  • Corporate Career Center
  • Candidate Referral Center
  • Ad Results tracker

  • Finally, our Certified HR Professionals will manage the technical side of your search including:

  • Activating your recruitment marketing strategy
  • Steering job seekers to your Corporate Career Center to register for consideration

  • Utilizing the features and benefits of the recruiters tool kit and broadcast network to optimize resources and find the right fit for your firm
  • Communicating with Hiring Mangers and Job Seekers to create a mutually beneficial employment match
  • Screening job seekers, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers based on your requirements

HR StaffLink’s Direct Placement solution offers executive search and direct placement services for your management and executive positions. We utilize HR StaffLink’s tools and resources to confidentially market your open position(s) under our brand.We communicate with and screen job seekers, handle interview logistics, and coordinate job offers. Direct Placement Outsourcing is ideal for sensitive and confidential recruiting campaigns, organizations that choose not to communicate with job seekers through the Internet, or small firms without an Internet presence.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

First, your Account Executive will:

  • Profile your position(s) using CandidatePro™, our proprietary profiling tool

  • Identify skills, traits and characteristics that define successful performance

  • Recommend and gain concurrence for a recruitment marketing strategy to attract quality job seekers

  • Establish an agreed upon fixed price-per-hire Placement Fee so you can budget with confidence

  • Create and execute a Professional Service Agreement (contract) outlining the terms of the agreement

Next, your Account Executive will:

  • Collect 10% of the Placement Fee in advance to initiate the order

Finally, HR StaffLink’s Certified HR Professionals will manage the technical side of your search including:

  • Activating your recruitment marketing strategy

  • Steering job seekers to HR StaffLink.net to register for consideration

  • Communicating with Hiring Mangers and Job Seekers confidentially to create a mutually beneficial employment match

  • Screening job seekers, arranging interviews, and coordinating offers based on your requirements
